Information about the processing of personal data

Invoice 123, UAB (company code: 306215564, address: Kauno 9-15, 91156 Klaipėda, Lithuania receives and processes the following data for the purposes of providing services (computer programming activities), communication and bookkeeping:

1. My name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the method of contacting the Company (information communicated, for example, by telephone or e-mail).
2. I confirm that I have been informed of my right:
   1. To know (be informed) about the processing of my personal data;
   2. To know about my personal data and how they are processed;
   3. To request the rectification, correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete personal data;
   4. Withdraw this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal of the consent;
   5. object to the processing;
   6. Contact info@invoice123.com with any questions regarding the processing of personal data;
   7. Contact the State Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection with a complaint by email: ada@ada.lt.

I am also informed that my personal data is (may be) transferred to third parties, such as: state bodies and institutions, other persons exercising the functions entrusted to them by law (for example, the State Tax Inspectorate, SODRA, law enforcement authorities).

Personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the procedures set out in the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
